I don't think that the voting age should be lowered because voting takes maturity and responsibility, and usually older people are more mature. I think that the voting age is good right now because most things are either doable at age 18 or 21. Age 18 is when you become an adult and I think that when you become an adult you really have a good opinion on things. Voting is a really important matter and is not a joke but some teens still are not fully capable of voting or fully mature. Yes some teens are very mature, but other teens are not. I think that age 18 is a good voting age because of maturity and responsibility.
