Former president Donald Trump’s first wife Ivana Trump has died from “blunt impact injuries” to her waist, medical examiners say. The Trump family announced this in former president Donald Trump’s social media platform “Truth Social.”

Donald Trumps former wife, Ivana Trump, died at the age of 73 after falling down a staircase. She was found unconscious on a staircase at her home in New York City. She was pronounced dead at the scene according to enforcement officers with knowledge of what happened. Ivana Trump was also the mother of Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. On former president Donald Trump’s media platform “Truth Social,” the Trump family posted a message saying. “I am very saddened to inform all of those who loved her, of which there are many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City.”
