Dear Warrior,

Hello. My name is Duchess, but please call me Chaz, and I’m thirteen. Okay, so now that we’ve got ourselves introduced, let me get to the point.

First, a warning: DON’T HOLD ON THIS FOR TOO LONG. YOU’VE GOT A DAY TO READ THIS, THAT’S ALL. ONCE YOU’RE DONE, INSERT THIS INTO THE SECRET LATCH AT JUNIPER VALDEZ’S GRAVESTONE, AT THE RAVEN HARBOR GRAVEYARD. DO THIS TASK AT MIDNIGHT EXACTLY A WEEK AFTER YOU START READING AND YOU WON’T BE HARMED.

I know it sounds pretty intense (which it is), but don’t you worry, because if this letter is in your hands, you have earned your WARRIOR power. It sounds weird, I know, but WARRIOR is a covert establishment that protects all. You can find it underground, underwater, and high in the clouds. This organization can be found all over the globe. WARRIOR isn’t just power. It’s magic. Like they say, with age comes responsibility, we say, with power comes magic. Our magic is internal. Telepathy and empathy. You will unlock these two powers, for you are now a part of WARRIOR. Congratulations, Warrior!

Our motto is W.A.R.R.I.O.R: wisdom, aspiration, rebellious, remembrance, inspiration, obedience, and revolutionary. These are the qualities we see in the members of WARRIOR. We also have a position beyond Warrior. Warriors must support those in this higher position. Warriors are soldiers to the people who contain this position. You’ve probably been wondering, what even is this special position? Hero. Of course, all warriors are heroes, but for the people containing the position Hero, you can truly see the W.A.R.R.I.O.R. in them. Heroes have their own motto as well: H.E.R.O., which stands for headstrong, earnest, radical, and operative.

After your week, journey to Walden Academy in London. Get onto their glass elevator until you reach the stars. Of course, if you don’t want to face an elevator, there are other ways to reach WARRIOR headquarters. You can also go to the Statue of Liberty and dig a hole twenty feet deep. Jump into it and you’ll find yourself at another WARRIOR headquarters. You can also jump into the sea and reach the Coral Reef. You’ll see a box that has WARRIOR on it. Touch it, and you’ll teleport to WARRIOR headquarters (NOTE: Only members of WARRIOR can teleport using that box). You could also take a plane to London. When you’re twenty miles from your destination jump. Once you touch a cloud that has WARRIOR on it, you’ll teleport to WARRIOR headquarters. I suggest getting to headquarters with the first option. But if you’re seeking adventure, do the last. If you’re up for a challenge, do the second or third. Speaking of the headquarters, seek out the Headmaster for your training schedule and other questions (NOTE: Don’t mention where you come from – don’t question it). Classes start the day after you arrive.

Just remember, you’re the only person who knows what’s right for you. It’s all up to you. You’re the one that’s balancing the weight with your decisions. Choose wisely, and you may become a Hero one day. But for now, be content with what you have. Good luck! One more thing to remember: WARRIOR is always watching…
